Philip Sandler Attorney is a successful Illinois attorney who graduated with honors from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1973. In 1973, Philip Sandler Attorney also passed the Illinois C.P.A. (Certified Public Accountant) exam and became a registered C.P.A.
